Design Challenge

Design Challenge
The challenge was to explain a loyalty platform in a B2B logistics context. Loyalty programs are easier to understand in consumer products, but CargoClub needed to show why rewards, points and retention also matter for freight forwarders and shippers. The product idea could easily feel abstract, so the website needed to make it concrete. It had to explain the value clearly, build trust and guide visitors toward action without feeling too sales-heavy.

The product idea could easily feel abstract, so the website needed to make it concrete. I designed multiple pages, including the homepage, product page, about page, contact page, blog overview and article page. Each page had a specific role in the overall communication: the homepage introduces the value proposition, the product page explains how the platform works, the about page builds credibility, and the blog creates space for industry insight. A big part of the process was UX writing and content hierarchy. I broke the product down into understandable parts, such as point conversion, point valuation, reward systems and customer retention. This helped turn an abstract B2B service into a clearer product story.

The Result
The result is a professional B2B website concept that explains CargoClub as a useful and credible loyalty solution for logistics companies. The design balances trust, explanation and conversion, while keeping the interface calm and focused. This project shows how I approach web design as more than visual layout. It is about message, structure, hierarchy and helping visitors understand why a product matters.
